Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) preferred.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License required (or obtained within 30 days).
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• High coachability, strong active-listening skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and building macroeconomic models.
• Participate in client meetings to assist with admin follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.
• Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards.
• Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.
