Job summary

Wisepath Recruiting, a specialized recruiting division of Wisepath Group, has been exclusively retained to recruit for a premier wealth management practice aligned with OneAmerica Financial®. This role sits within a structured transition program with back-office support and local marketing assistance.

As part of the team, you will engage with active client cases, contribute to strategy design, and join senior partners in planning meetings.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• High coachability, strong active listening, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing macroeconomic financial models.
• Assist in client meetings with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.
• Manage existing client relationships and address daily operational inquiries with professionalism.
• Collaborate on local business development, workshops, and educational marketing events.
