You will join a team integrated into active client cases, contribute to strategy design, and attend joint-planning meetings with a Senior Partner. A clear three-year track leads to Lead Advisor status, with a hybrid work model and structured development.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses preferred or in transition within 30 days.
• 1–3 years in banking, insurance, or consultative sales.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors by analyzing client data and building macroeconomic models.
• Assist in client meetings with admin follow-ups, case implementation, and annual reviews.
• Manage existing client relationships with professional, daily inquiries.
• Collaborate on local business development and marketing events.
