Job summary

Wisepath Recruiting is seeking a driven professional to join a premier wealth management practice, aligned with OneAmerica Financial®. You will work closely with Senior Advisors in strategy design and joint-planning meetings to develop client solutions.

Responsibilities include supporting data analysis, coordinating meetings, and nurturing client relationships, with a clear path to Lead Advisor status through development and licensing support. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 preferred.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License (or within 30 days).
• 1–3 years in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• High coachability and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and building macroeconomic models.
• Attend client meetings to assist with follow-ups, case implementation, and annual reviews.
• Manage existing client relationships and address daily inquiries.
• Collaborate on local business development, workshops and marketing events.
