Job summary

Wisepath Group seeks a hybrid, direct-hire role within Wisepath Recruiting to help bridge the gap between starting out and running a mature wealth management practice. You will join active client cases, contribute to strategy design, and attend joint-planning meetings with a Senior Partner.

You'll support advisors, manage client relationships, and participate in business development activities, with compensation between $60,000 and $120,000 per year plus bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) are highly preferred.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• 1-3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• High coachability, strong active-listening skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing macroeconomic financial models.
• Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups and annual review coordination.
• Manage existing client relationships and address daily operational inquiries with professionalism.
• Collaborate on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.
