Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Washington PE license required or eligible within 18 months.
• 5+ years of public works experience.
• Extensive design and construction experience in public works, transportation, and/or water resources.
• Computer modeling experience for pressurized and gravity flow networks preferred.
• Familiarity with land use codes and plan review/submittal processes a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop staff to support municipal growth.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented professional for challenging projects.
