Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in data entry, claims, warranty, AR, or related field.
• Call center and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient typing and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process warranty returns from customers across channels.
• Provide information on claim status and eligibility.
• Audit claims, docs, and proofs of purchase for accuracy.
• Evaluate costs related to warranty claims and repairs.
• Enter warranty data into systems accurately.
• Document, track, and resolve customer issues across CRM and other systems.
• Respond to calls and emails from customers and partners.
• Guide customers through repair, replacement, and reimbursement steps.
• Ensure timely processing and payment of claims and related credits.
• Maintain warranty records and reporting in Excel and systems.
