Responsibilities

• Receive, process and ship collateral notes and ensure safekeeping in vaults.
• Verify borrower signatures are originals and prepare notes for release to takeout investors.
• Maintain collateral tracking and monthly audits of notes stored in vault.
• Process daily settlements and assist with wiring communications.
• Back up the Funding Coordinator and support processing additional wires as needed.
• Cross-train with other departments and complete required regulatory training.
