Job summary

Pathward is hiring for a Warehouse Lending Analyst to support the bank’s warehouse lending program and capital markets initiatives. You will analyze opportunities, assist in deal structuring, and help optimize the balance sheet through disciplined risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Credit, Specialty Lending or Investment Banking.
• Recent college graduates will be considered.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support for the bank’s warehouse lending business.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse lending operations and reporting responsibilities including preparing advance / paydown requests and reviewing borrowing base and compliance reporting.
• Review warehouse lending term sheets and legal documentation, assess deal risk and return metrics, prepare deal approvals and presentations.
• Develop and execute controls, testing, and oversight of warehouse lending operations.
• Perform and present periodic reviews on existing warehouse lending deals.
• Identify and implement new concepts and best practices for warehouse lending reporting and risk management.
• Lead development of warehouse lending performance reporting and credit risk oversight.
• Oversee third‑party warehouse lending audits and due diligence for structured finance transactions.
• Build financial models for new and existing warehouse – structured finance transactions.
• Support CIO and Head of Capital Markets on assigned tasks.
