Job summary

Fuse is a full-service marketing agency in Winooski, VT seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage two warehouses, inventory, and event materials. The role requires strong organization, accurate asset tracking, and reliable execution for shipping and receiving.

You will support internal teams, coordinate with vendors, and uphold processes to ensure timely deliveries. A 1–3 year background in warehousing and comfort with lift tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, event logistics, or a related field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and tracking systems.
• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and other tracking tools.
• Strong communicator who proactively keeps team members informed of updates, timelines, and potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including organization, cleanliness, inventory control, and upkeep of the space.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse with systems to locate materials quickly.
• Prepare and organize assets, equipment, and materials for events and activations.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and increase efficiency and organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking across lifecycle.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of assets and materials, ensuring items are packed, labeled, shipped, and received on schedule.
• Monitor shipments and communicate delivery timelines to internal teams; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and shipping partners to support timely deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams about inventory, asset availability, and timelines; support upcoming events.
• Follow Fuse processes related to inventory, asset management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations; participate in planning.
