Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. is seeking a Senior Material Handler to join our Warehouse team in Minnesota. This role focuses on processing deliveries, receiving and storing materials, and supporting production with accurate inventory control.

You will work with a small team and independently handle tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. Prior manufacturing or warehousing experience and forklift certification are preferred, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience or warehousing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience with ability to obtain company certification.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, store, and issue materials for production and maintenance needs.
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to support production goals.
• Record and report transactions related to receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Support cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels across the facility.
• Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers to ensure a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
