Job summary

Fetch, based in Tempe, AZ, is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid. You will help maintain a safe warehouse, process packages, prepare delivery routes, and support drivers with timely drops to apartment communities.

This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse tasks with driving duties. The ideal candidate has some warehouse experience, can lift and move parcels, operate basic scanning devices, and holds a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Move parcels to and from delivery vans and throughout communities.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and equipment.
• Perform fleet inspections and route inventory audits.
