Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to manage packages, support delivery routes, and maintain a safe workspace. You will help load, sort, and route parcels, perform fleet checks, and assist drivers with scheduling deliveries to apartment communities.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of driving experience, strong communication, and comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience using smartphone apps for delivery coordination.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery
• Lift parcels up to 150lbs via equipment or team lift
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across multiple communities
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly during shifts
• Move loads to and from delivery vans and throughout communities
• Lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary
• Ensure safe driving with proper vision and depth perception
• Operate hand pallet jacks and push trucks
