Fetch seeks a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid in Plano, TX to support safe warehouse operations, process packages, and plan delivery routes to residents with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and barcode scanners.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Clear verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels up to 150 lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pickup inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• Careful and safe driving with vision and depth perception required.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
