Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid in Addison, TX. You will manage package intake, prepare routes, and assist delivery drivers across communities, with a mix of warehouse and on-the-road work.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years driving experience, a valid license, strong communication, and comfort with indoors/outdoors. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or delivery environment.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Proficient using smartphone apps and scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch and loading.
• Deliver routes across multiple communities within scheduled windows.
• Assist delivery drivers with drops and route coordination.
• Complete fleet inspections and inventory audits.
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces in the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks and small-hand trucks as needed.
