Job summary

Fetch Package is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to support our off-site package management for apartment buildings. You will help process packages, schedule deliveries, and assist drivers while maintaining a safe workplace.

The role requires lifting up to 150 lbs, operating pallet jacks, and performing route-based deliveries across communities with clear communication and attention to detail. This position blends warehouse tasks with local deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries.
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
