Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid in Plano, Texas to support package processing, route planning, and delivery scheduling. You will help maintain a safe workspace, perform inventory audits, and assist drivers across local communities.

The role requires valid driving credentials, comfort with both indoor and outdoor work, and strong communication. Expect a fast-paced environment with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and scanning devices.
• At least two years operating a motor vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Smartphone with delivery apps.
• Clear, concise verbal communication.
• Attention to detail to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and load parcels; assist delivery drivers.
• Move parcels up to 150 lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Deliver to multiple apartment communities; route-based work.
• Pickup inbound freight from carrier facilities using equipment.
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly during shifts.
• Move loads to/from delivery vans and communities.
• Ascend stairs for deliveries when needed; manage safe movement.
• Operate pallet jacks and push trucks as required.
