Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to manage package dispatch, routes, and inventory at our Dallas-area facilities. You will help maintain a safe workspace, process packages, load/unload, and support delivery drivers on schedules.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, clean driving record, and strong communication. You will operate pallet jacks, use delivery apps, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 150 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Smartphone with delivery apps is required.
• Clear verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch.
• Lift parcels up to 150lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly work schedule.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities.
• Operate pallet jacks and push trucks.
• Assist delivery drivers with drops when needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
