Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver Hybrid in Plano, TX to support our off-site package management for apartment communities. You will dispatch, receive, scan packages, assist delivery drivers, and keep a safe, clean workspace while meeting tight schedules.

The role requires lifting up to 150 lbs, driving, route execution up to 60% of the week, and strong communication. We offer competitive pay and benefits; weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch and delivery.
• Deliver routes across multiple apartment communities up to 60% of weekly work.
• Assist with fleet inspections and route inventory audits.
• Maintain safe, clean workspaces and support drivers.
• Use material handling equipment and scanners for tracking.
