Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) seeks a Vice President of Community Impact to lead strategic investment initiatives across Greater Boston. You will design and execute multi-year strategies, partnering with nonprofit leaders to expand Jewish engagement and strengthen community capacity.

The role requires strong analytical insight, collaborative leadership, and an ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years progressive leadership experience in strategy, philanthropy, nonprofit strategy, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years in a senior level management position, including cross-functional teamwork and supervising multiple reports.
• Exceptional strategic thinker with ability to translate broad priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of ambitious, multi-year investment strategies with clear goals and milestones.
• Collaborate with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to co-create solutions strengthening outcomes.
• Design investment approaches that accelerate systems-level change across the community.
• Provide executive-level recommendations and prepare presentations for senior leadership and the board.
