Job summary

Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) seeks a visionary Vice President, Community Impact to lead strategic investment portfolios and drive measurable, systems-level change across Greater Boston. This executive will unite strategy and execution, guiding cross-functional teams and partnering with nonprofit leaders to advance bold community priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in strategy, philanthropy, or nonprofit strategy.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior management role with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven success leading multi-year strategies and investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategy and execution for CJP’s 10-year vision.
• Manage and develop a high-performing strategic investment team.
• Partner with nonprofits and community leaders to co-create impactful solutions.
• Design investment approaches that drive systems-level change and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership, Board, and donors.
