Qualifications

• Active CRC or CDMS certification required.
• Bachelor's/AS degree in related field is required or strongly preferred by state law.
• Reliable internet and ability to travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vocational assessments to plan reentry into the workplace.
• Coordinate medical assessments with physicians and therapists.
• Advocate for job modifications based on medical limitations.
• Assist injured workers with resume and job-search skills; support return-to-work.
• Represent the company in communications with attorneys, carriers, and employers.
