Enlyte is seeking a qualified Vocational Case Manager to provide counseling and expertise to individuals with employment-related challenges. The role requires CRC certification and involves assessing readiness for employment, advising on vocational alternatives, and coordinating with physicians and employers to support return-to-work efforts.

The position is full-time and hybrid, located in the Boston, MA area with regular local travel.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in vocational evaluation, special education, behavioral psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s level and/or advanced study strongly preferred or as required by state law.
• Active Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced vocational case management standards of practice.
• Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments for return‑to‑work planning.
• Review assessments and medical information to formulate vocational goals.
• Coordinate with physicians and therapists on medical assessments for counseling.
• Advocate for job modifications with employers based on medical limitations.
• Research and recommend training programs; monitor participation.
• Facilitate return to work with job search skills for injured workers.
• Represent the company in communications with attorneys and insurance carriers.
