Job summary

Enlyte seeks a qualified Vocational Case Manager in the Columbus, OH area. You will provide counseling and expertise to individuals with employment-related challenges, assess readiness for employment, and identify vocational alternatives within a worker’s current skills and functional abilities.

You will coordinate with treating physicians, therapists, and employers to advocate for suitable accommodations and support return-to-work efforts. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor in vocational evaluation, special education, behavioral psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Certifications: CRC, CCM, CDMS, LRC, or CVE required.
• Experience: Workers' compensation related experience preferred.
• Skills: Independent work, Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook; strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Internet: Reliable connectivity.
• Transportation: Must travel locally to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Apply vocational case management standards of practice.
• Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments to plan reentry for injured workers.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate medical assessments.
• Coordinate with employers to modify job duties per medical limitations.
• Assist with training programs and return-to-work planning.
• Prepare reports and communicate with attorneys, insurers, and clients.
