Job summary

Crafted Agency in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our Creative team on a hybrid schedule. You will bring established concepts to life across digital, print, social, environmental, web, and integrated marketing channels.

Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors and project teams to ensure brand consistency, production accuracy, and timely delivery. Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma, plus knowledge of AI-assisted workflows, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual/graphic/production design in agencies or marketing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; strong Figma collaboration.
• Typography, composition, layout, image editing, and file preparation skills.
• Knowledge of production specs, formats, optimization, QA.
• Independent work within creative direction; meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging workflows.
• Degree in graphic design or related field.
• Preferred: After Effects, HubSpot, Jira, UI/UX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and refine established concepts across digital campaigns, social, landing pages, print, and environmental graphics.
• Prepare production-ready files: formats, dimensions, resolution, typography, imagery, color for printers, vendors, clients.
• Review graphics for brand consistency and quality; coordinate with Creative and QA on revisions.
• Retouch and optimize imagery for print and digital use while following creative direction.
• Communicate design decisions; respond to feedback and find practical execution solutions.
• Estimate design hours; manage deadlines and flag risks early.
• Maintain organized Figma files, templates, and asset libraries for collaboration.
• Create simple motion graphics or short-form social assets when appropriate.
