Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design/visual communication.
• 2+ years with ERP systems or equivalent; strong MS Office skills expected.
• Experience in manufacturing/print environment preferred.
• Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency required; color calibration knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Advise, create and develop graphic designs across multiple mediums to meet client needs.
• Coordinate projects, meet timelines, and provide feedback to Creative Manager.
• Maintain organized files and communications for traceability.
• Recommend improved procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Review design outputs against client goals and marketing strategies.
