Oner Active is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our hybrid team in New York. You will craft on-brand visuals across digital and print, take briefs from the Graphic Design Manager, and help drive campaigns through strong design concepts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and proficiency in Figma plus Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll collaborate with marketing, web, and product teams to ensure high-quality outputs while growing with a purpose-driven

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating layout, visual storytelling across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of designing for social media, email, and web.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, on-brand assets for social media, email/CRM, web, print, packaging, and internal comms.
• Take briefs and translate campaign/brand objectives into engaging visuals.
• Develop concepts independently and with the broader creative team.
