Fastbreak AI in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to design and build bold creative for our marketing team. You’ll elevate our digital presence, power our sales efforts, and move fast in a startup environment.

This is an in-person role at our Charlotte headquarters with a hybrid approach: four days in the office and one flexible day remote. You’ll own web properties, landing pages, banners, emails, merch, and video/social content across sports brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic and web design experience at startups or small companies.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Ability to design with impact on engagement and conversions.
• Comfort with fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience overseeing photo/video shoots is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital assets including landing pages, banners, videos, playbooks, and email templates.
• Own and update marketing websites and landing pages for dynamic content.
• Enforce the brand across the company for consistency.
• Partner with marketing, product, sponsorship, and sales for UX.
