Job summary

CTG is seeking a Visual Designer for a top technical client in the Raleigh/Durham area. The role is hybrid in Morrisville (3 days in the office) with a 12+ month contract to permanent opportunity.

Duties include creating visuals for marketing campaigns, translating briefs into engaging visuals, and building scalable design systems across regions. Strong collaboration and brand consistency are required for high-volume content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for product marketing, solutions, campaigns and thought leadership.
• Translate briefs into compelling visuals that communicate value and drive engagement.
• Create digital assets, presentations, social graphics, infographics, customer stories, and sales materials.
• Simplify complex technical topics into clear visuals for commercial audiences.
• Collaborate with writers, product marketers, leadership and campaign teams on cohesive solutions.
• Build scalable visual systems and localization-ready assets across units, regions and channels.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across high-volume content production.
• Contribute innovative design ideas that strengthen brand differentiation and engagement.
