Job summary

Natural Healthy Concepts LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking a Visual Content Designer for a hybrid role. You’ll design web, email, social assets, shoot and edit short-form video, and lead the Brand Acceleration creative with Merchandising.

Manage requests in Asana and keep our Dropbox asset library organized. The ideal candidate blends print, digital and video skills with strong typography, color and layout, and familiarity with AI tools like Adobe Firefly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years graphic design experience, ideally for consumer/retail brands.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Figma; strong Adobe CC skills across Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience shooting/editing video in Premiere Pro or CapCut; basic lighting/audio.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for web and email, including banners, hero images and landing pages.
• Create sales/brand/partner presentations and reusable slide templates.
• Produce in-store/print materials with print-ready files and specs.
• Shoot/edit short-form video and motion content for social and web.
• Lead the Brand Acceleration monthly campaigns across formats.
• Manage Asana requests, clarify briefs, track status, and organize files in Dropbox.
