Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a general veterinary practice.
• Experience in both reception and technician roles is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills including restraint and venipuncture.
• Familiarity with IDEXX lab equipment preferred.
• Compassionate, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer calls, triage concerns, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Support veterinarians during exams, procedures, and patient care.
• Perform animal restraint and assist with venipuncture and sample handling.
• Operate IDEXX equipment and maintain clinical area.
• Collaborate with hospital team to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain front-desk area and patient readiness between appointments.
