Heart of Florida Animal Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to provide outstanding client service and support in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital.

The receptionist will handle front-of-house tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. A friendly, organized, and proactive approach is essential to success in this role.

• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Regular on-site presence is required to support patient care and safety of patients, clients and staff.

Description

Our hospital is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital.

The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front of house duties. These tasks vary by day but can include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. To be successful in this role, clear communication and organizational skills are key!
