Qualifications

• Professional phone etiquette and courteous communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Typing speed around 35 wpm.
• Experience reviewing and selecting candidates that meet requirements.
• Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the assigned region by matching vendors with sites, negotiates pricing, awards bids, ensures compliance.
• Support the team with one-off requests and vendor needs for integrating new clients.
• Initiates phone contact with possible qualified Independent Contractors for specific job assignments.
• Interviews Independent Contractors, reviews qualifications, obtains work history, skill sets, and equipment capabilities.
• Supports and directs Junior Recruiter's tasks to identify candidates on a national level.
• Use and maintain vendor tracking program and create reports as needed.
• Vendor Coordinators will spend most of their day speaking with vendors on the phone. This is a heavy outbound call position.
• Potential $2,000 quarterly bonus based on structured production matrix.
