Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to manage GLCR financial affairs including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accruals.
• Develops and monitors financial and vendor management KPIs.
• Communicates with law firms on expenses and invoices; maintains vendor relationships.
• Participates in financial analysis and forecasting to support planning.
• Prepares detailed financial and matter management reports for leadership.
• Ensures compliance with financial and vendor management policies.
• Supports annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyzes variances to budget and identifies key trends.
• Serves as subject matter expert for GLCR financial deliverables.
• Executes engagements, security assessments, and vendor administration deliverables.
