Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial inside sales, project coordination, expediting, documentation management, or a related project-support role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project lifecycle from RFQ intake to closeout.
• Support large, national Valve & Automation opportunities with multi-site coordination.
• Manage RFQ intake, bid calendars, addenda, and documentation organization.
• Maintain quote status, milestones, priorities, and action items.
• Lead proactive follow-up with manufacturers, vendors, and internal partners.
• Support site buys, buyout tracking, and vendor acknowledgments.
