Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a UX Research Specialist to support customer research, evidence review, and operations. The role emphasizes execution, organization, and collaboration with senior team members on qualitative and quantitative activities.

The ideal candidate will manage tasks, organize findings, explore new tools, improve processes, and contribute to AI-enabled research workflows. This is a hybrid position with onsite days required weekly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UX research experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Clear, concise, proactive communication skills.
• Ability to review research evidence and summarize findings into actionable insights.
• Foundation in qualitative research execution, with an interest in developing moderation skills.
• Familiarity with quantitative data collection and analysis, including surveys or structured data.
• Willingness to learn tools such as Dovetail, Figma, Miro, Excel, Teams transcripts, survey tools, and research repositories.
• Collaborative approach and ownership of responsibilities.
• Technical aptitude with interest in AI integrations and emerging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research activities: recruiting, scheduling, consent, incentives, sessions, transcription, and closeout.
• Review existing research across tools, identify gaps, and communicate findings.
• Support research sessions with note-taking, observation, tagging, synthesis, and reporting.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while communicating progress.
• Organize insights into reusable guides, templates, and process improvements.
• Explore and document new tools/workflows, including AI-assisted approaches.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and questions to the team.
• Investigate APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) and document findings.
