Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Frontend Software Development Engineer III to build and maintain the front-end of web applications, including mobile-ready interfaces. The role emphasizes user-centric UI/UX design across cross-functional teams, aligning with enterprise brand standards and performance optimization.

The position is hybrid, requiring four days on-site weekly and collaboration with product owners, designers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in IT experience.
• 4+ years of development experience.
• Practical experience in two coding languages or advanced in one.
• Experience with Python required.
• Experience with databases required.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases and requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects.
• Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features.
• Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure quality.
• Improve application performance by debugging and optimizing code.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and trends.
• Apply cross-browser compatibility testing and accessibility standards.
• Deliver engaging, brand-aligned user experiences using enterprise templates.
