Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Own utility and municipal records requests end to end: identify the right owner, make contact, and secure the records our customers' projects depend on.
• Research utility operations, public works assets, and asset management plans to identify ownership.
• Build relationships with public works offices and asset owners by email and phone; move requests to fulfillment.
• Review maps, as-built drawings, and engineering plans to confirm records are complete and relevant.
• Document every request in internal tools so status and chain of custody are clear.
• Keep internal teams updated on request progress and digitization.
• Help refine playbooks, SOPs, and tools as CivilGrid scales; travel for team off-sites and client visits.
