Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process recurring billing and meter-read activities to keep bills on schedule.
• Establish and maintain account, service, meter, and location information.
• Review billing and usage to identify errors and exceptions.
• Provide technical guidance and customer resolution support.
• Maintain reports, procedures, and documentation for operations.
