Conservice is seeking an Account Maintenance Specialist in a hybrid role, combining in-office work on Tue, Wed and Thu with remote work. The position focuses on researching and resolving account-setup and billing processing issues to ensure smooth utility bill operations, while offering opportunities to develop transferable skills for career growth.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, investigative mindset, and ownership of workflow quality, with a low daily phone time.

Responsibilities

• Root-Cause Research: investigate database accounts to identify and resolve issues preventing bills from processing.
• Database Maintenance: update and maintain property and account information for accuracy.
• Vendor & Utility Tracking: research changes with providers and input new vendors accurately.
• Process Innovation: identify inefficiencies and design streamlined solutions.
• Cross-Team Impact: act as an operational resource for clients and internal teams.

Job description

Pay: $14.50 + a Performance based bonus program.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5pm MST

Location: Hybrid - In office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Position Overview

When new properties go live, complex account setup or utility processing challenges can occasionally arise. In this key operational role, you will serve as the primary detective and problem solver. You will research system issues, update database records, and optimize workflows to ensure utility bills are processed smoothly.

(Bonus: This is a minimal-phone position with 5% or less daily phone time—ideal for focused researchers!)

Key Responsibilities

• Root-Cause Research: Investigate database accounts to identify and resolve underlying issues preventing utility bills from processing correctly.

• Database Maintenance: Update and maintain property and account information in the Conservice system to ensure accuracy and prevent future setup roadblocks.

• Vendor & Utility Tracking: Research changes with utility providers and input new vendors accurately into the internal database.

• Process Innovation: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and collaborate to design creative, streamlined solutions.

• Cross-Team Impact: Serve as a trusted operational resource for clients and internal teams to ensure accurate system setups.
