Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Open and process new deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to grow relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, including during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing appropriately.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and maintain knowledge through training.
