Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactive Sales Engagement with clients to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Growth-focused: fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide consultative financial advice aligned with clients' goals, leveraging bank products and services.
• Recognize opportunities for referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Proactive client outreach through regular calls to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Support a high-performing sales culture by coaching associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend sales, service, and product knowledge meetings and training to enhance client service.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, and ethics.

Education
