Job summary

RLI Insurance Company in Tempe, AZ seeks a capable underwriter-administration professional to support Contrac Pac Underwriters and agency base. You will create policy documents, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain electronic files, and provide telephone support for internal and external contacts.

The role requires a high school diploma with 2+ years of related experience and direct commercial insurance experience is preferred. Strong organizational and teamwork abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Direct commercial insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain agency and producer information in portal system.
• Provide telephone support for calls from agents, customers and underwriters.
• Process email requests and assist with special projects as requested.
• Create policy documents representing the insurance transaction and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Order loss runs and maintain electronic underwriting files.
