Aufgaben

• Work on a hybrid schedule (initially Tuesday–Thursday onsite) and adapt to schedule changes after 90 days.
• Provide production and operational support to the underwriting team in an MGA environment.
• Distribute policy correspondence and legal documents via mail and email accurately and timely.
• Assist in building inspections to validate information for underwriting requirements.
• Identify non-standard findings from inspections within service standards.
• Support agency management, product distribution, and claims procedures for growth.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders via email and other methods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Claims, Product, Underwriting, and others to improve processes.
• Provide input to leadership to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Fill in for team members during peak periods to ensure continuity.
• Apply analytical skills to support sound risk selection and business results.
• Participate in hands-on training to develop technical and professional skills.
