MedPro Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our distribution partners via phone, email, and fax. You will process high-volume transactions, resolve inquiries, and help with underwriting and billing questions while maintaining accuracy and profitability.

You will collaborate with independent partners on new business submissions and renewals, learn our online application, and provide data entry and analysis to support underwriting. Remote-friendly, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience considered.
• Ability to work on a team or independently.
• Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and learning company systems.
• Able to handle high-volume, multi-task environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for MedPro Group distribution partners via phone, email and faxed requests.
• Process high-volume, time-sensitive transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Receive, research, document and resolve inquiries to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
• Underwrite and process mid-term adjustments, resolve billing issues and price questions.
• Review information with independent partners for new business submissions and renewals.
• Provide data entry, initial analysis and account setup transactions.
• Guide partners through the online application and related steps.
• Offer technical support to regional underwriting teams.
• Report analysis and resolution.
• Assist with system testing and new-project reporting.
• Perform mass adjustments and maintenance for special projects.
• Complete required licensing and ongoing insurance education.
• Participate in teams to develop and implement new customer-service procedures.
