Job summary
Cayuse Holdings is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for solutions built on the Regrello platform. This role focuses on creating seamless workflow experiences, improving usability across complex business processes, and driving user adoption through thoughtful interface design and user research.
Location is Hybrid - Phoenix, AZ; contract position. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Technical Leads, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Information Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Experience designing enterprise software or SaaS applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience supporting Agile product development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences for workflow orchestration and process automation.
- Create user-centered designs based on business goals, stakeholder needs, and user feedback.
- Simplify complex workflows and enterprise processes into intuitive digital experiences.
- Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models.
- Ensure consistency across all Regrello-based solutions and applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define requirements.
