Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a User Experience Designer to join our Technology team in Overland Park, KS. This hybrid, salaried role focuses on designing cloud-based applications for desktop and mobile, including wireframes, flows and interactive prototypes. A portfolio is required.

You will work across e-commerce and web apps, collaborating with Agile teams and using Figma, WCAG guidelines, and Tailwind-based design systems. Regular commuting to Overland Park is expected.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and shipped digital products.
• 1–2 years of UX design experience in web apps or software.
• Proficiency with Figma and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience in Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design elegant user-centered experiences for web apps and cloud-based software.
• Create wireframes, flows, visual designs, prototypes and specs.
• Develop and maintain UI specifications; present to teams and incorporate feedback.
• Support design research and usability testing with the Technology team.
