• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience with end-to-end product work.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency (component libraries, auto-layout, variants, prototyping).
• Familiarity with React and Vue.js to design UI components for these frameworks.
• Strong ability to communicate and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Solid visual design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy).
• Experience leading design initiatives and delivering measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design across the software suite from concept to handoff.
• Build and maintain reusable Figma components and React assets.
• Define design direction and align with product and engineering roadmaps.
