Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Hartford, CT is seeking a Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to support the Connecticut Child Support Modernization program. The role is hybrid in Hartford, CT 06106 and requires strong UAT capabilities and detailed test planning.

You will develop UAT scenarios, create test data, execute end-to-end and regression testing, document results, and collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules and business functions.
• Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes, functional requirements, and user workflows.
• Perform thorough functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to ensure system quality and business readiness.
• Accurately document test execution results, identify issues, and create clear, reproducible defect reports.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, validate defect resolutions, perform retesting, and verify production readiness.
• Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, federal regulations, and operational requirements.
