Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of related experience, OR
• PhD in Engineering. Eligible U.S. Citizens only.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, manufacture, development, and testing of LiftSystem components.
• Mentor and lead an Integrated Product Team through all design phases.
• Define subsystem verification strategy and analyze test data.
• Coordinate with PDM/IPT Lead and other subsystems for solution integration.
• Prepare for gated reviews and customer design reviews.
• Ensure compliance to requirements and rigorous lifecycle processes.
• Present engineering results to Rolls-Royce customers.
